I played guitar in a band for about 10 years (through out the southwest). We never made it, for one reason we were a copy band, and the second being our only 2 originals sucked (We nailed the copy tunes though). It was still worth it, we had more fun than I thought was possible. Around 1980 (yea thats the last melinium) I put the music aside and started working, I needed the money! Fortunatley I had been getting pretty serious with computers so thats what I did. Programming computers (Turned out to be a Good choice:)
1970- stated playing in a garage band by the end of the first year we were playing in all of the clubs in Phoenix.
1975- Toured as a pharo with Sam The Sham and the Pharos (come on you remember - Little Red Ridding Hood- Wooly Booly- Ring Dangdoo) Ironically Little Red ridding hood was the first 45 record I ever bought (I Was little kid then).
Same Year I did a short tour with the Platters (I had never heard of them so that didnt go over well at all)
By Now we actually have a big tour bus and kept playing throughout the south west
1980- Started playing less and working more, then after about ten years I was jonesing to play some more, so I dusted off the gear, got in a band and played a few gigs. After that I pretty much decided that I would just play for my own enjoyment. Well if im a computer guy and I play music it only made sense to start recording (digital).
2000-And thats what I am doing now days Writing, playing, Recording.

2003-2004- Threw the old band back together for a couple of reunions, now the stage bug has me again so currently seeking a band to satisfy that Itch.

Heres a couple of pics from one of the reunions(outside). Flash pics are never very. Most of these guys have been in local bands for years (Counterfit, Spiffs, Einstein's, Urge, Freeze Band, Jetsons, Billy Clone etc.)
